Through our planning, we have determined that $4 million* is needed to develop our first Sanctuary Indy community.
This budget includes $1 million to construct all of the supporting infrastructure and $3 million to build approximately 27 homes and necessary service buildings.
Join this important movement to provide permanent housing in a supportive and empowering community for those who are chronically homeless. With your help, we will build 27 homes along with a few community amenities. Phase 1 of our campaign will offer a variety of giving opportunities to serve as a lasting legacy.
